We are the load planners and with our qualified and professional dispatchers we get you the best paying loads by negotiating on rates with the brokers and shippers. We also handle your paperwork like providing necessary documents to book a load, carrier setup with brokers/shippers and signing of rate confirmations so that you can save your time and keep running.
To become a carrier there are certain requirements that you - as the carrier - must meet in order for us to legally work with you or your company.
- A copy of your valid Motor Carrier Authority
- A Completed W9 Form
- A copy of your Insurance Certificate. We require $1 Million in Auto Liability and $100,000.00 in Cargo, as a minimum
- If Power Only, $40,000 non-owner trailer
- Other business documents as necessary
WHAT WE DO
YOU ARE THE BOSS. We assign a dedicated dispatcher for your company who will negotiate the rates with the shippers and brokers and get the best paying loads using 11 different Load Boards and from our developed professional contacts with brokers and shippers. Once done we call you and discuss the load before confirming. Once you confirm the load is good we take it, if no we get you another one. It's as simple as that. Our dispatchers will make sure you keep rolling maximum time of the day. We also take care of all the paper work submission required to acquire the load, setup with brokers / shippers by filling out the packet and signing rate confirmations on your behalf once you sign up with us. We also run credit checks for you on all the brokers and shippers we book load with.
